RM 220E ELECTRONIC SPEED VARIATOR

The RM 220E controller is an electronic speed variator
for some types of the MINI MOTOR singlephase asynchronous motors. Speed
variation is obtained by varying, appropriately, the power supply voltage to
the motor . The retroaction control makes it possible to maintain a constant
rotation speed of the motor in line with the variation of the applied load.
Speed control is assured by means of a potentiometer installed on the front
panel of the unit and the 4 incorporated trimmers allow to control:
acceleration and deceleration ramps, response time and maximum speed, master
or slave selection. This speed controller is also available in a suitable
version for RM 220E panel and offers the possibility to include an optional
ID speed indicator. An open version (RM 220E/G) for electrical board or
cabinet is also available. The RM 220E controller complies with the tests
prescribed by the product standard CEI EN 61800-3 of 09/96, and has been
designed to operate into industrial environments. Therefore, it can’t be
used on lowvoltage domestic mains networks.

MININVERT 370/740 STATIC FREQUENCY CONVERTERS

The MININVERT 370 and 740 are static frequency converters
with PWM microprocessor system, which offer high performance features such
as speed control in retroaction and position control. These models have been
produced to drive small three phase motors with power between 10 and 370 W
(1/2 HP) for the 370 model, and up to 740 W (1 HP) for the 740 model. They
have been designed to be installed outside, on the panel, or inside the
cabinet by using the related supports. A particular feature is that of fully
inverter-controlled position control, which can be controlled in various
ways (see the table of technical specifications). The frequency converters
comply with CEI EN 61800-3 (electromagnetic compatibility standard).
OPERATING PRINCICPLES: the mains alternating voltage, suitably rectified and
filtered supplies a three phase IGBT type inverter circuit based on the PWM
system (pulse width modulation) which provides the motor with an equivalent
three-phase sinusoidal voltage with adjustable amplitude and frequency. In
this way, the motor rotates at a variable speed according to the frequency.

MININVERT 270E STATIC FREQUENCY CONVERTERS
The MININVERT 270E is an economic static frequency
converter, with PWM microprocessor system produced for driving small
threephase motors with power between 10 and 270W. The converter have been
designed to be installed outside, on the panel, or inside the cabinet by
using the relative supports. The potentiometer on the front panel offers an
easy speed regulation. As an alternative, there is a voltage input (0-5 V).
The acceleration/deceleration ramps and the zero frequency voltage (Boost)
can also be controlled.
The frequency converter complies with the tests prescribed by the product
standard CEI EN 61800-3 del 09/96
