Product Line Up
The 300 series (Miniature)
Robust and extremely reliable miniature encoders – that is the 300 series. These incremental encoders, with an external diameter of just 30 millimeters, are intended for installation in applications where space is at a premium.
The encoders in this series support various types of incremental electrical interfaces, such as TTL, HTL and RS-422. Typical applications for miniature encoders are harvesting equipment and industrial high-pressure machines. The encoders in this series have a very high encapsulation level (IP67) as well as a shock and vibration-resistant design – something which guarantees a long service life. The result is a durable and highly-reliable sensor solution.

The 500 series (Robust)
Versatile and modular – these are the encoders in the 500 series. The encoders conform to a European industrial standard and they have a hollow shaft or a shaft design to ensure ease of installation. If you are looking for a standard encoder with an unrivalled performance, then the 500 series is the right choice for you.
The encoders are used in many different types of industrial applications, such as electric motors, cranes, elevators and general automation.

The 600 series (Incremental)
The 600 series includes absolute encoders that can position singleturn or multiturn movements. They are just as suitable for use in industrial automation as in demanding environments.
The encoders can be connected via advanced fieldbus interfaces such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET or CAN. In addition, communications interfaces such as SSI and EnDat are also supported. The robust construction of the shaft or hollow shaft designs means that these models of encoder are easy to install and commission.

The 800 series (Heavy Duty)
If you are looking for the most robust, maintenance-free and cost-effective pulse encoder, then the 800 series is the first choice for most engineers!
There is an option available for the encoders in the 800 series called ADS™ (Advanced Diagnostic System). This is a system that is used for condition-based or preventative maintenance, guaranteeing the reliability of the application.
These encoders are designed for use in demanding environments where they are exposed to electrically and mechanically high-stress installations.
In order to guarantee operation and to extend the service life of the encoders, we also offer accessories and complete design solutions as optional extras. These also reduce the total cost of your application.

The 1000 series (Extreme)
Within the steel industry there are many examples of environments in which there are extreme requirements in terms of robustness, mechanical forces, vibration and shock. For these types of applications we have designed the 1000 series, a range of encoders with exceptional durability that are able to withstand an exposed environment. The high encapsulation level of IP67 protects the encoders' internal parts from dust and liquids.
This product is also available in a stainless steel design as a special option. A number of incremental and absolute versions are available, and a combination of the two encoder types can be integrated in the same product.
The absolute variants are available with interfaces for parallel communication, SSI, EnDat, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, DeviceNet™ and CANopen.
