Series: MH0 - MT1 - MH2 – The “Small Motors”
The synchronous servomotors of the series MH, MT and
MTK are brushless permanent magnet synchronous servomotors with sinusoidal
back EMF and with neodym permanent magnets at the rotor. Therefore they are
particulary suitable for high-quality servo applications, for example
positioning demanding high standards of dynamics and accuracy.
Common properties
- low inertia
- compact design
- high torque to size ratio
- degree of protection: IP67 (MH2), IP64 (MT1), IP40 (MH0)
- 2pole resolver feedback
- pole winding technology on type MH0 and MH2
Options
- holding brake (not for MH0)
- IP67 (MH2)
- keyway (not for MH0)
- encoder systems

Series: MT – The powerful ones
Flange: 37mm - 240mm
Power: 63 W. – 17,8 KW
Stall torque [Mo]: 0,1 Nm - 115 Nm
The brushless synchronous servomotors of the MT
series with 6-pole stator are constructed and
designed completely new. The modern concept of
the magnetic circuit, of the winding and its isolation
creates torque reserves and increases the lifetime
of the motor considerably.
At the interfaces – shaft, flange, frame size, winding data and rotor
inertia – these motors are compatible with the Danaher DBL series and are
therefore exchangeable.
Ideal for all dynamic applications like robotic, handling, semiconductor
industry, textile-, winding- and packing machinery.
Essential characteristics
- high torque
- degree of protection IP65
- 2-pole resolver feedback
Options
- holding brake
- IP67
- keyway
- encoder systems
- UL
- Connectors angled / angled, turnable
- DC Bus Voltage 320 VDC (MT2–MT7)

Series: MH – The dynamic ones
Flange: 55mm - 142mm
Power: 110 W. – 6,6 KW
Stall torque [Mo]: 0,26 Nm - 27,3 Nm
Up-to-date “Motor-Cold Technology“ reduces the motor temperature. This means
a considerable increase of driving force compared with comparable motor
sizes.
An additional effect of this Motor-Cold Technology is the expansion of the
dynamic-range coefficient by approx.1/3
The highlights of these small motors result from the 10 pole stator with
pole winding technology ( MH2 = 6-pole stator ).
Mainly use of these motors are all dynamic applications like packing and
textiles machinery, handling, semiconductor industry, feeding systems a.s.o.
Essential characteristics
- high performance due to compact design
- high dynamic-range coefficient extends number of possible applications
- 2-pole resolver feedback
- degree of protection IP65
- cogging in low noise quality
Options
- holding brake
- IP67
- keyway
- encoder systems
- UL
- Connectors angled / angled, turnable

Series: MTK – The compact ones
Flange: 98mm – 190mm
Power: 280 W. – 5,8 KW
Stall torque [Mo]: 1,0 Nm - 18,5 Nm
These shortened servomotors are ideal for
applications with limited space capacities.
The shortened motors of serie MTK are based on the serie MT and are
characterized by a very compact design.
The brushless synchronous servomotors of the MTK
series with 6-pole stator are constructed and
designed completely new. The modern concept of
the magnetic circuit, of the winding and its isolation
creates torque reserves and increases the lifetime
of the motor considerably.
Essential characteristics
- high torque
- degree of protection IP65
- 2-pole resolver feedback
Options
- holding brake
- IP67
- keyway
- encoder systems
