Two-Speed Motors
Two-speed motors are used when different speeds are
required.
These depend on the motor's number of poles. The table shows the speeds in
which these motors are available. Other speed ratios or multiple speeds are
also possible.
The listed versions of our two-speed motors are designed for direct
starting.

SINOCHRON Motors
|
|
|
|
SINOCHRON® Motor
ABM SINOCHRON® Motors are permanently excited synchronous
motors, e.g. rotor speed matches the rotational frequency of the revolving
stator field. In comparison to common induction motors they feature
outstanding efficiency, high power density and compact dimensions and to
conventional synchronous motors no encoder feedback for inverter or servo
control operation is required.
|
 |
Sensorless Drive Controller SDC
ABM Sensorless Drive Controller SDC is a specifically
tuned speed controller for ABM SINOCHRON® Motors. A particularly developed
system to capture rotor positions from electrical data allows operation
without mechanical encoders. This sensor less concept allows reliable,
controlled operation from zero to maximum speed.

Forklifts
Wherever goods are moved drive solutions from ABM
Greiffenberger are hard at work. Traction, lifting or steering: Our drives
are installed by many of the world’s leading forklift OEM’s.
|
 |
Lifting Technology
Fail-safe operation for lifting and conveying is
all-dominant. Even at the toughest ambient conditions, e.g. low voltage or
aggressive environment, drives must operate without a hitch. Reliability and
performance are decisive criteria.
|
 |
Biomass Heating Systems
Already at the beginning of the discussion about
sustainable energy generation ABM Greiffenberger was one of the pioneers in
developing drives for biomass heating systems. Environmentally friendly
heating systems need reliable and efficient drives.
|
|
|
|
Textile Machines
Only in few situations drives are in continuous use.
Textile machines require such duty cycles with tough demands on quality,
output stability and reliability
|
 |
Wind Power
As a systems supplier ABM Greiffenberger offers wind
turbine pitch and yaw drives with excellent reliability and tailor-made for
each application.
|
 |
Machine Builders
In many areas of machine building e.g. high speed doors,
air compressors, construction equipment, packaging machinery and vehicle
inspection equipment ABM Greiffenberger drive solutions are market leaders.
