|
|
|
Breeze parasail
Breeze parasails have round-shaped pulled-apex 42 sq.m
canopies and stabilizer panels. For creation of lift there are several flaps
in the back of the canopy and several slots – in its lateral parts. All
canopies are made of zero porosity fabric.
The canopy is connected by its lines to the rises and the towing yoke. The
harness is attached to the buckles on the rises by means of snaps. A towline
is connected to the towing yoke.

Breeze-Seagull parasail
Breeze-seagull parasails have 49 sq.m. round-shaped
pulled-apex canopies with stabilizer panels. For creation of lift there are
several flaps in the back of the canopy and several slots – in its lateral
parts. They are made of zero porosity fabric.
These parasails are intended for private parasailors. The model has similar
characteristics to the Seagull parasail, but differs in canopy fabric and
price. The Breeze-Seagull is recommended for single rides at a wind speed
ranging from 0 to 8 m/sec.

9-cell Insider main student canopy
9-cell rectangular Riser main canopy is intended for
initial training and for parachutists with heavy weight. The canopy is made
from type F-111 fabric from the world leading manufacturers. Dacron lines.
Insider provides:
- soft and reliable opening at any operating speed,

9-cell Magic performance canopy
9-cell performance canopy intended for skilled and
experienced skydivers, who have at least 100 wing-type canopy jumps.
Magic provides:
• soft, stable deployment,
• easy and safe steering,
• stability in turbulence,
• active flare at landing.
The canopy is made from zero-porosity nylon fabric and Vectran lines.
Zero-porosity fabric improves canopy's operating characteristics. Vectran
lines don't deformate at expoitation and reduce frontal air resistance
during flight.

Our new canopy is very sensitive to steering lines work either at beginning
of glide, or at a stop. It is equivalent to the best world analogues of that
type. The canopy is made of the zero-porosity fabric, has Dacron lines to
smooth the opening load. Rush was developed and tested in cooperation with
Russian leading canopy formation skydivers. From firs application Rush
canopy proved to be a reliable chute, rushing to victory quick and safe!

Tandem systems
Tandem-330 and Tandem-400 by Ivanovo parachute works have some essential
benefits compared with similar parachutes by other manufacturers:
1) new stabilizing chute, that has small canopy area and sufficient power of
draught. It has minimal vibration at operation,
2) stabilizing system is comfortably attached to the container.
Tandem-master is hanging under the stabilizing chute in small nose-up,
3) the pattern of main canopy compartment closing exclude early deployment
of canopy,
4) the pattern of main canopy compartment closing doesn’t require any
special width of rubber loops and exclude canopy exit before all the lines
leave tof container,
5) the pattern of reserve canopy compartment closing is simplified and is
similar to any other ordinary sport chute container,
6) main canopies of two possible sizes of 330 and 400 sq.ft. are easy to
steer and stable in turbulence. The opening is accompanied by small dynamic
overloads and stable in direction,
7) passenger harness allows to fix a passenger in any suitable for the
tandem-master.
A complete assembly incorporates the following parts:
Main canopy 330 ft2 or 400 ft2
Reserve canopy 330 ft2 or 400 ft2
Harness/container system Irbis-Tandem
Student harness
Large pilot chute folding after the main canopy deployment
Spring pilot chute. Big cylindrical spring prevents the reserve canopy from
aerodynamic shading during deployment.
Tandem-system has a 9-cell 37,2 sq.m elliptical main Riser canopy made of
two types of nylon fabric: of F-111 type and zero-porosity fabric. It is
manufactured with Microline 1000-1500 lines.
The system has a 9-cell rectangular 37,2 sq.m reserve Tandem Reserve canopy
produced from nylon fabric with SVM lines (analog of Kevlar) and
load-bearing frame.
The system is used with Cypres-2 AAD and “Transit” deployment scheme for
direct reserve canopy deployment by break away handle.
Main and reserve canopies have the following performance characteristics:
- rate or descent up to 5 m/sec with an all-up weight of 225/205 kg.
- min. deployment altitude for the reserve canopy is up to 200 m, time of
descent under inflated canopy is not less than 10 sec
- deployment overloads:
- up to 4,1 g for the main canopy
- up to 5,2 g for the reserve canopy.
|
|
|
|
Tandem-300 and Tandem-400
Tandem type parachute system allows two people (an
instructor and a student/a passenger without parachute training) to make
parachute jumps simultaneously. It can be also used for transporting
specialists and cargoes to required places including hard-to-reach places,
and as training system at the initial stages of training.

Special purpose systems
In 2008 JSC POLYOT developed two types of special purpose
parachute systems intended for special units of Defense ministry, Emergency
Situations ministry, forest rescuers. Systems have different types of
deployment: manual (by soft pilot chute) or via anchor line– depending on
skill level and task of a parachutist.
Both parachute systems include main and reserve wing-type canopies of
increased area. Therefore parachutes can be used with the exit weight of up
to 150 kg and even in mountainous area.
1. Insider-300-S special purpose parachute system.
A full set of Insider-300-S includes:
1) harness/container Irbis Combat
2) 9-cell Insider-300 main canopy with the canopy area of 28 sq.m.
3) 7-cell Zoom-260 reserve canopy (similar to PD Reserve-253), with the
canopy area of 24,2 sq.m.
Insider-300-S system has 2 different types of deployment: manual (by soft
pilot chute) or anchored type (via anchor line) – depending on skill level
and task of a parachutist. The system provides the opportunity to fix cargo
container or other equipment on harness on back or in front of a
parachutist.
2. Berkut-2 special purpose parachute system has the above mentioned main
and reserve chutes and has the following types of deployment: on stabilizing
chute or anchored-type (on ancor line). The system provides the opportunity
to fix cargo container or other equipment on harness on back or in front of
a parachutist. Leg straps and chest strap have quick release snaps that help
to take off the harness immediately during 5-10 seconds after landing.
For application of Insider-300-S и Berkut-2 special purpose parachute
systems were developed 2 types of cargo containers: УГКС-40 (mounted in
front of a parachutist fixed or connected through connecting line) and
УГКС-20 (mounted on the back of a parachutist (not detachable)

Containers
Irbis container series represents a special approach to
parachute equipment design.
In performance, ergonomics, art and design Irbis containers series don’t
yield to containers produced by world leading parachute manufacturers.
Irbis harness/container represents a new generation of parachute containers
that ensure reserve canopy deployment on the western model -RSL (the reserve
compartment is closed through the bottom of the container).
Especially for Irbis container new 7-cell reserve Zoom canopy has been
developed. The new harness/container system is Cypres ready and is designed
with a 4-ring harness. All materials used are of foreign origin.
The main canopy can be manually deployed (a soft throw-out pilot chute is
thrown by right hand in freefall to extract the main parachute from its
container). The reserve canopy can be deployed manually or by means of
Cypres AAD.
