Alfamarine was born on 1955 thanks to the high passion for the sea and for high speeds. During those days, inside his shipyard, Marcello Fazioli starts to realize and sell racing boats, often driven by himself. He competes in CIU and CU classes sport category. On 1975, finally free from sport commitments, Marcello Fazioli runs his great projects: to create fast boats, in front of all others for technology and style. Renato Sonny Levi and Franco Harrauer receive the task to design the famous Bronte 40: it's the first important step to the success. On the new boat they set up surface propellers, a really revolutionary propulsion system at this age, precursor of the modern Arneson. This ability to be ahead improves during the time, and the models become always faster and perfect.
