Wellington is headquartered in Madison, Georgia. With over 1,500 highly trained personnel, Wellington manufactures 98% of their cordage products at facilities located throughout the United States. Wellington has a long tradition of manufacturing quality products, dating back to 1909 when Puritan Mills began producing rope and cordage products. In 1966 Cary L. Wellington acquired Puritan Mills, leading the company through a series of acquisitions to become the diversified company that it is today. The company's dynamic growth is a credit to Mr. Wellington's' engineering brilliance, and sound business judgment.
