Yamazaki Mazak has officially announced the opening of its new Technical Centre Poznan, in north-west Poland, to increase the local support the company offers its customers in this growing region of Central Europe.

The new facility fills a total floor space of 372m2 and is equipped with a training room, as well as offices and a substantial demonstration area, with space to exhibit 3 new machine tools and laser processing machines. A team of dedicated experts in applications, service and sales will be located on-site to offer advice and support to customers from throughout western Poland.

The new Technical Centre is located just a few minutes from the A2 highway, near the centre of Poznan, the capital city of the Wielkopolska province, which is a key location for advanced manufacturing across the automotive, aerospace, construction and agricultural sectors. The new Technical Center Poznan compliments the existing Technology Center in Katowice, where up to 7 Mazak machines are on display all year round. These two important facilities provide state of the art demonstration and training facilities for customers, in support of the company’s long established distributor, Metal Team, who also have their own demonstration area in Wanaty.

The official opening of the new Technical Center Poznan will be marked by an open house event on 11th May and manufacturers interested to attend should visit www.mazakeu.pl, email to kontakt@mazak.com.pl, or telephone +48 32-350-04-60 to register their attendance.
