Nippon Pulse introduces its new PF/PFC series tin-can stepping motors

The PF/PFC series tin-can stepping motors are conventional magnet-driven rotary stepper motors with a permanent magnet in their rotor core. Rotating in proportion to the number of pulses sent to the motor, the stepper motor is frequency synchronized and can change speed depending on the frequency of the pulse signal.

Because of its high torque output and low profile construction, applications for tin-can stepper motors include, but are not limited to, printing, packaging, and medical devices.

PF/PFC series tin-can stepping motors are also available with optional gearheads offering increased torque in a small package. Nippon Pulse geared tin-can stepping motors can achieve up to a 2500mN•m maximum torque.

Geared motors from Nippon Pulse are well-suited for fluid dispensing, pumps, valves and a host of other applications that require high torque and smoother motion.
