The new Schneider Kreuznach filter kits offer the perfect selection of filter types for prototyping lens systems in machine vision applications. The German lens experts also launch a new window, designed to be used from 350 nm to 110 nm as protective window in many industrial and surveillance applications.

Five different Schneider Kreuznach filter kits help the user determine the best choice of filter type for challenging vision applications. Each box contains a set of six high quality filters and a technical summary of each filter showing its key features and transmission curve, packed in a space saving, robust metal box.

Designed for developers and test labs

There is a kit for all kind of tasks: Bandpass filters for inspection systems, shortpass and longpass filters for R&D, colour filters for process control, ND- filters & polarizer when reducers are needed, and a mixed filter set optimized for the most common sensors. Each filter comes in an M52 mount for easy handling. They can be stacked as an opportunity to test a filter combination. The filters kits are a great tool designed for developers and test labs.
For industrial and surveillance applications

With IFW 007 E, Schneider Kreuznach launches a window, designed to be used from 350 nm to 110 nm as protective window in many industrial and surveillance applications. The IFW 007 E is made of a special outperforming colourless floatglass substrate. It is available in 1.3 mm and 2 mm thickness and is anti reflection coated with Schneider Kreuznach´s E coating. The influence on the quality of the complete imaging system is kept to a minimum. The plan parallel plate does not change the magnification of the imaging system. The windows are available unmounted from 12.5 mm to 74 mm diameter and 25 x 25 mm or 50x 50 mm square. Custom sizes can be produced on request. According to Schneider Kreuznach, more types will follow soon.
