Verbindungselemente Engel GmbH is a medium-sized wholesaler specialized in connecting technology and supplies both industrial and commercial customers. The forklift-operated warehouse at the family-owned company’s headquarters in Weingarten, Southern Germany offers space for more than 100,000 different items – including screws, nuts, dowels, and standard parts. The existing ERP system met the complex requirements placed on warehouse management software only to a limited extent. Therefore, the specialist in connecting elements committed the intralogistics software house viastore SOFTWARE with implementing its proprietary warehouse management system viadat and connecting it to the ERP system DIHA from LPB Software.

Today, viastore‘s software takes over the radio-controlled management of all our intralogistics processes.
