Certified Manufacturer:
Certificate No. P-013/1 issued by the General Inspectorate of Civil Aviation, which authorizes the holder for designing, testing and manufacturing the light composite aircraft. The Factory complies with Joint Aviation Requirements JAR-21 Subpart G and M.
Our mission:
„... participation in the development of individual flying by offering our and world-renowned manufacturers products and promotion of light aircraft as a convenient, fast, and reliable means of transportation”. Our main goal is to make personal aircraft a viable means of transportation for a larger group of population and to promote the use of light aircraft for commercial purposes to a larger scale.
History of the Factory:
The 3Xtrim Aircraft Factory was established in 1996 and existed under the name of „Wytwórnia i Naprawa Konstrukcji Lekkich” until the end of November 1999. The company has arisen from the largest Polish Glider Factory „PZL - BIELSKO” and continues its traditions by employing the best specialists and professionals having over more than 25 years of experience in developing, designing, and producing high performance composite gliders and motor-gliders.
Tradition of excellence:
For 50 years, Bielsko-Bia³a has been a centre of production of high performance gliders, perhaps the world’s best. Flying them, Polish pilots earned world and European championship titles. Tradition helps and obliges at the same time.
Our airplanes have many years of research and testing behind to offer satisfaction from flying. The company employs advanced technologies in composite production combined with a proven aerodynamic design, which allow achieving great performance, comfort, and safety.
Our products:
The main product of the factory is a modern two-seater airplane for tourist and commercial use (forestry, fire fighting, cartography, etc.). Based on the long time experience, the factory also produces other high-quality composite products such as propeller mixers, axial fans, pump wells, and many others. Propeller mixers for sewage treatment plants were awarded the Silver Medal at the Exhibition of International Research Industrial Innovation in Brussels in 1994.

Our aircrafts are highly advanced technologically. We employ employs advanced and well-proven constructions and leading production technologies. Our cooperants are among the best aircraft product suppliers. Not only high quality is what counts – airplane is still the work of art.
Qualified staff:
The Factory employs highly qualified personnel formerly employed by „PZL - BIELSKO”. The chief designer is Adam Kurbiel, a prominent constructor of gliders. Our employees’ goal is to improve qualifications and abilities continuously.
