Using clear criteria of global economy based on competitiveness in an extensive number of markets, VALIANT craft are manufactured with a highly industrialised process, which, unlike the pure manual labour process, guarantees a higher reliability and a constant and uniform quality. All VALIANT craft above 2.5m in length, have the CE awarded by the IMCI International Marine Certification Institute, which certifies that each craft complies with the requirements of the 94/25CE Directive of the European Parliament which is compulsory since June 1998. Using the robotised process of THERMOWELDING® which combines fusion with calendering at high pressures, the different parts of the tubes are assembled with double internal/external tapes which provides weldings stronger than the material itself as confirmed in laboratory tests. As no type of glue or solvent which can affect the nature of the material is used, the weldings remain unchangeable.
