Welcome to the 25th anniversary of JOBE. I remember the day we started designing our first ski. There we were in a small garage in Redmond, WA with a roll of butcher paper, a note pad, crayons and lots of ideas. It doesn't seem like yesterday, but it sure doesn't seem like 25 years ago.During this time we have developed a great relationship with our customers, dealers, riders and skiers. You are the ones that keep us challenged. Everyday we are striving to learn more, so we can continue to push the limits of tech- nology and performance. Through these efforts, I've learned that building great products is the results of applying passion, hard work and a vision for the future. The application of this credo is the reason that we have continued to remain a healthy, market-leading company.
