Founded in 1996 by Giorgio de’Angelis, who has twenty years experience in the high quality textile sector and works with many young collaborators, GdA presented its first collection, Estate 97 (Summer 97), not just in Italy but also abroad. A refined, elegant proposal, mainly in natural fibres, developed with original creativity and produced by the newest production technology available, aimed at modern women, active, vibrant, demanding. The success of this first collection encouraged GdA to seek new markets and increase its investment in research in order to satisfy with flexibility and promptness new demands and different cultures.
