The year was 1949, and a company named Zebco introduced the first spincast reel and changed the way America fished. In 1984, the introduction of the Quantum brand shook up the fishing world again. Over the past several years, Quantum has invested millions of dollars on behalf of our fishery resources and we continue to do so today. We helped form and continue to fund FishAmerica, a foundation responsible for raising funds and organizing fish restoration projects.
