In order to fully integrate the design, engineering and manufacturing operations of the Group, the same strategy is applied to the five Italian plants ( Lumezzane, Polpenazze, Campress, Fab and Plastibenaco), which use the same production and control processes based on the same software (SAP). The manufacturing process is vertically integrated and all major operations are carried out internally.
Design
The technical department deals with the designing and realization phase of all what is subsequently machined inside the plant, both for mechanical and for electronical components.
Besides the plants in Italy, we have branch offices abroad with a proper production unit and the mainly commercial branches in 19 countries: USA, China, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Iran, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Colombia, Malaysia, India, Denmark, Byelorussia and Mexico.
The company recognises the strengths and versatility of its workforce and is able to use these resources to adjust production, marketing and finance objectives to meet individual customer requirements and respond to changes in the market place. This approach has allowed us to become highly responsive which is reflected in the results achieved by our sales network.
Today, Camozzi faces the challenges of a new millennium with an important organisation both in Italy and abroad, through its presence in 75 countries worldwide.
