In recent years, several alternative materials obtained from recycling are appearing in addition to the traditional ones. The production and the use of these new materials are becoming increasingly important to our economy. More and more companies are changing part of their conventional raw materials, such as wood and traditional chipboard for these ecological materials, made of recycled waste.
Our main target is to make use of discarded material from urban plastic waste collection (igloo-shaped yellow selective waste collection containers), which is currently sent to garbage pits or burnt. We recycle material that would otherwise not be reused.

The use of plastic in Spain has been constantly increasing in recent years. The largest part corresponds to thermoplastics, 42% of which are used in the manufacture of containers and wrappings. Every year, Spain generates 1.500.000 tons of plastic waste (73% of the total amount of plastic used. Statistic 2004).
