Total quality is the keystone of the production philosophy at Erredi Spinning Mill.
We specialize in the production of pure wool and wool/acrylic yarns which Erredi spins, dyes and winds onto bobbins in its own factories, which are equipped with some of the most modern plant in Europe.
At Erredi, we are particularly proud of our completely automated dyeing department capable of optimising the processing of extremely large batches, with a productive capacity of 2000 kg per day.
Thanks to the use of avant-garde technology, such as the automatic dosage of dyestuffs and auxiliaries, it is possible to guarantee the absolute trueness of colours, both in baths and on batches of various sizes. Moreover, the computerised sampling of colours enables a optimal reproducibility of reference samples. Every yarn is subjected to thorough controls to ensure results capable of meeting the highest levels of customer expectation.
The constant attention paid to the reliability of the products used, enables us to produce, order after order, lots of yarn which are identical both as regards type, hand and colour. This is one of the fundamental tenets of the productive philosophy of Erredi, along with the great importance given to an increasingly well organised, efficient and complete service, capable of meeting the most demanding market needs.
A stock service has been organised in many articles with colours always available in our warehouse. The range of counts produces goes from Nm 25 to Nm 25 both single end and twist yarns.
