How it all began
1987 STÖGER AUTOMATION was founded in Königsdorf by the current owner Lorenz Stöger. In the early years the product "Screw Systems with automatic Feeding" was developed and simultaneously a sales network was built up.
1988 4 engineers were employed in the garage workshop.
1990 Move to the first factory in Geretsried and 5 more engineers were hired.
1997 10 years STÖGER AUTOMATION.
In the meantime 18 employees and 13 agents in home and export markets were busy.
TQM (Total Quality Management) was introduced, also TÜV Certification ISO9001.
Environmental Protection became based on ISO 14001.
1998 The company expanded and our administration moved into Factory 2.
Over 1000 screwdriver systems were in use by customers in various industries.
2003 15 patents have meanwhile been registered with innovative and market-orientated products.
Presented with the Bad Tölz - Wolfrats- hausen Council Award for outstanding productivity and achievement.
35 employees in Geretsried, a subsidiary in France and 18 Distributors provide for satisfied customers throughout the world.
