Ever since, our portfolio of SPM products has been continuously developed and today we are recognized worldwide as a producer of high quality - high performance Scanning Probe Microscopes. Our SPM products can be divided into three main groups; Atomic Force Microscopes - AFM, Scanning Nearfield Optical Microscopes - SNOM, and Scanning Tunnelling Microscopes - STM.
