Motor Quality Monitor (MQM) is an end-of-the-line no-load quality testing system that accurately filters out faulty motors and provides in-depth feedback about the causes of faults to the production process. The system is capable of providing performance curves under no-load conditions (within 5% accuracy range vs. dynomometer results), and has a real-time SPC function.
Motor Condition Monitor (MCM) is a powerful tool that allows the maintenance expert to continuously monitor the condition of motor-driven equipment, and provides early warning for a comprehesive range of failures (bearing degradation, misalignment, imbalance, rotor and stator faults, etc.). A networking option for remote monitoring makes MCM a 'must-have' tool for professional maintenance firms. Integrated directly into OEM equipment, MCM allows the manufacturer to offer a higher-end solution without extra investment in R&D.
