E + A Elektromaschinen u. Antriebe AG has been a reliable partner to the machine tool industry for nearly 20 years.
E + A designs and develops motor elements and ships them to reputed producers of machine- tool spindles all over the world. It also acts as supplier for practically all branches of industry, where compact drives with high power density are required. Possible areas of application are therefore compressor production and the automotive industry, as well as the air and space industries.
Apart from well-known motor elements for high-speed drives for a wide range of speeds (up to 210,000 min-1), E + A Elektromaschinen u. Antriebe AG also supplies motor elements for low speeds (from 300 min-1) with very high torque.
In order to meet the varying requirements with regard to motor elements, E + A will always find an optimum customised solution. Inexpensive rotors with cast squirrel cages made from aluminium or aluminium alloy (for high circumferential speeds) are also part of the range, as well as various special rotors, which allow considerably larger rotor bores.
For particular requirements, special models will be developed and optimised according to customer specifications.
