The history of the Filatura di Grignasco began more than 100 years ago with its foundation by Federico Bozzalla in 1894.

Born to satisfy the needs of the original woollen mill at Coggiola specialising in worsted yarns, the company began its own life only a few years later and began to produce and sell yarns for weaving and knitwear for the Italian market.

Today the Grignasco mill produces worsted yarns in pure wool or in blends with noble fibres, classic or fancy, created and developed for the national and international fashion industry.
