CANALAIR is an Italian company located in Parre, a small village near Bergamo, one of the most industrialised textile areas. The company has been working so far mainly in the whole textile industry, namely in spinning weawing, finishing sector, etc. CANALAIR’s products are: air-conditionning plants (centralized or suspended units), dust suction plants, dust compacting and suction centralized plants. The centralized plants named “Vento” allow the utmost control of thermohygrometical conditions (relative humidity and temperature) and are carried out by using both masonry and prefabricated modules. As a matter of fact the “core” of the plants is the control system which is of electronic-pneumatic type,ensuring a perfect control of hygrometrical conditions. The suspended units named “Aria” are very useful when the space availability is very little and factories are not too big; of course these plants works automati- cally too and obviously this makes them easy to use. Dust suction plants named “Activa” give the right solution in all textile departments where dust and fibres must be sucked directly from processing machinery and convoyed into ducts. These plants are very important as they drastically reduce pollution, and have low management costs compared to the other suction systems like vacuum. The dust compacting and suction centralized systems named “Compact” are required when there are technological airs with high content of dust or textile fibres to be sucked in a continous and controlled way. This plants are suitable for cotton spinner lines and dust suction of finishing departments.
