Originally founded in 1948, after extensive restructuring process initiated in July 1992, Astilleros de Mallorca was converted into a super-yacht Service Center specializing in the repair, refitting and maintenance of luxury yachts. Between 1992 and 1999 turnover multipled by 6, and an average of 100 yachts of more than 25 meters in length were repaired every year.
