We were an importer that mainly distributes pneumatic and hydraulic products from Japan and USA to feed the needs of domestic factory automation and manufacturer equipment. The name brand imported products are NIHON SEIKEI (NISCON), PISCO, HUMPHREY, and UNIPOPLYMER.
During 1989 , we build our first plant in Tainan county where located at the intersection between two main streets in Shueh Chia district and the plant size is approximate 10,000 square meters. We also had the technology cooperation with NIHON SEIKI JAPAN to specialize in manufacturing various pneumatic components, which cover full range of Air Line Service Units. In 1995, due to the continuous growing sales, we had another modernized factory built right next to the first in order to increase our manufacturing capacity. During those years, most of firm's annual retained earning flowed back into reinvestment projects to have more advanced CNC & injection machines, 3 dimensional coordinate measuring machines, comprehensive design software support system and most importantly the professional personnel, such as well trained technicians, engineers and managers. Furthermore, in addition to streamlined management system, automated producing process, and strengthened sales force, Mindman also had a product-oriented R&D department that hold potential for improved designs, performance features, and wider product variety. Finally, we develop the new products under our R&D department or via Mechanical Industrial Research laboratories of governmental Industrial Technology Research Institute.
On April 9th, we successfully gained ISO-9002 certification for all products. We also expect to have Declaration of conformity to CE Directives and ISO-9001 certificate in 1999. Most of all, we fully implement and execute our quality control system, which is 100% quality testing for all products manufactured by Mindman. Nowadays, Mindman has earned its reputation both in local and overseas markets. Its products are exported to Japan, Europe, America, South Asia, Middle East, and Mainland Chian.
