A.u.K. Müller was founded in 1919 as a small family business.
Since 1947 the company has been located in Düsseldorf. Originally, a number of different types of machinery were produced for a variety of applications but from 1951 the company has specialized in the development and production of solenoid valves.
In the fifties, our valves were used on nearly every household washing machine. Other products for the control of water and steam were used in industrial plant.
Since that time the numerous inventions and innovations patented by the company have enabled it to grow from a modest production base to the notable company you see today. This growth is set to continue, with our philosophy of providing our customers with high quality products geared to their market requirements.
In 1996 we relocated to purpose built premises in Düsseldorf - Hellerhof. The valves, systems and accessories produced here are sold worldwide in a number of applications such as medical, food, vending, sanitary and - not forgetting our roots - in whitegoods.
Additionally we are able to produce high performance valves for special applications. Over the years we have produced thousands of variations and bespoke solutions for our customers.
Our mastery of valve technology coupled with the experience of our staff of over 200 people, will ensure we can continue to offer our customers a future orientated and competitive solution to their needs.
About 60% of our annual turnover is exported and we are ably supported by our two subsidiary companies in France and the UK.
