Regent Hellas has been active since 1983. The owners are lovers of the sea and consequently of sea sports. They therefore started to involve themselves with polyester boats. Greece is comprised of endless beaches and is ideal for sea sports and related activities. This attracts many tourists year after year. Regent Hellas’ main target is to meet the needs of the Greek boat market for the tourist industry.
In 1993 the Bogdanou family, under the guidance of Stelios Bogdanou created their first boat shipyard. With his experience in navigation and the valuable and dynamic work force of Regent Hellas, the company started to build small and larger boats for professional and personal use. As a result Regent Hellas is considered today as a pioneer and the only company of its kind in Greece. Their leadership has been sealed with the expansion of their shipyard and the modern facilities it offers.
Regent Hellas now deals exclusively with the "Pikilos" range of boats. This boat meets the needs of sea sport pleasures. The length of the boat may be 7m, 9m or 12m, depending on the use and demands of the customer. Its characteristics make it unbeatable in water sports (bananas, parachutes, rings, etc.) The glass bottom is the perfect solution for divers and impressive sea sightseeing. Furthermore, it is recommended for use in hauling and transporting goods.
Another proof of Pikilos' dynamic quality is the fact that it is present not only in the Greek seas alone.
Naturally, the success of Pikilos is a result of its quality, endurance and safety. Its endurance is based on the careful construction. The materials and paints used are of the highest quality; therefore every Pikilos preserves its condition and appearance for many years even after rugged and tough use.
The Pikilos adheres to all the European Union standards and holds a CE certificate.
Apart from the construction of professional boats, Regent Hellas builds impressive formula t-850 speed race boats. This boat wins the Greek Speedboat race every year.
