The multi-award winning Pendennis Shipyard Ltd was founded in 1989 in Falmouth, Cornwall, on the south west coast of England. The location has traditionally been the first port of call for mariners crossing the Atlantic and in historic times was the place where captains picked up their orders before embarking on voyages to the Americas and the Far East.
The company benefits from an experienced team of owner-directors supported by knowledgeable local craftsmen and experts brought together from some of the world's other leading maritime locations.

Over 180 craftsmen are employed at the yard, including highly-skilled steel and aluminium construction workers, experienced joiners, boat builders, electricians, mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers and paint technicians, working together in a supportive environment to create outstanding yachts for today's owners. With a view to the future, the company also operates an apprenticeship scheme for young engineers, fabricators and boat builders and was visited by the British Prime Minister recently as a mark of his admiration for the success of this rare initiative
