Gagliotta’s shipyard was born in the early 50's in Naples thanks to the passion of Salvatore Gagliotta, a young man keen on engines and navigation. In the Tufa caves in Margellina, Gagliotta, not yet 30, together with other passionate young men, created the prototypes of fast boats as well as light planes suitable for flying. Gifted with an unusual intuition, Salvatore Gagliotta, tested a series of keels of the Hunt model which turned out to be the main strength of his boats. These boats, due to their innovative strength immediately attracted young "well off" Neapolitans who, besides looking for speed and good quality, also require the highest comforts and adequate final touches.
