Superb Facilities
The company operates out of the Pallion Shipyard on the south bank of the River Wear, just 2 miles from the North Sea with superb facilities for steel fabrication. The workshops cover over 30,000m2 and are capable of handling the largest steel fabrication projects undercover with ease.
Fabrication Halls
The fabrication halls are fitted out with the most modern equipment incorporating twin CNC plasma cutting tables, a sophisticated semi-automated plate handling facility, 600 tonne press rolls, 200 tonne frame bending machine, 300 tonne flanging press, guillotines, 20m x 3m bed flame plane, and semi-automatic welding machines all served by excellent overhead craneage.
