The 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility features leading-edge technology. By utilizing separation processes, we are able to convert post-consumer and post-industrial plastics into high-quality products at an extremely competitive price. Our moulding process enables us to design and produce specialty products to respond to our customers specific needs. With a capacity of 1,400,000 pallets per year, Sol Plastics is the largest manufactuer in the world, providing on-time delivery in this fast-growing segment of the materials handling industry.As our primary mission, we can recycle over 65,000,000 pounds of post-consumer and post-industrial scrap plastic from land fill, enough to build a ski hill. Because our pallets and totes can return through the process continuously as raw material and based on the fact that, on average, a tree can produce 4 pallets, we can reduce the harvesting of 350,000 trees each year. At Sol Plastics, we have more than just plastic in mind. Water used in our plant goes through an internal treatment system that recycles it for re-use, thus reducing the amount of fresh water consumption.
