William Cannell Boatbuilding Co., Inc., together with Cannell, Payne & Page Yacht Brokers, specialists in the brokerage of classic yachts Wooden Sailing Yachts, and Fiberglass Sailing Yachts and Power Vessels. We are located in the American Boathouse at the head of Maine's Camden Harbor. The American Boathouse is on the National Registry of Historic Places as the oldest Boathouse built for a large power yacht in North America. It was built to house the 140' Lawley steam yacht MONA LOA.
