Dragonfly Sailboats are Danish Quality Trimarans Built by Quorning Boats ApS. Quorning Boats was founded in 1967 by Børge Quorning with the aim of building high quality boats now known worldwide. In 1995 the company was handed over to the second generation, Jens Quorning, who has been working in the company starting his apprenticeship in 1979. The goal of Quorning Boats is to manufacture the best folding trimarans available and we are proud to label all our boats with Quorning Quality. Cruising World has awarded the DF1200 the Multihull Boat of the Year for 2001. This award joins our previous awards for our DF1000 by Cruising World and Sailing World as Boat of the year in 1994 and our DF600 by Sailing World as Boat of the Year in 1995.
