AZZAM TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY is a General Contractor with its main office in Jeddah. The company was established in 1973 and was in the early years specialized in the rental of construction equipment and provision of general services to large international contractors. In 1986 the Construction Division was added and the Company has since become known for its high quality in the construction of industrial and commercial buildings. The company is now undertaking projects Kingdom-wide and has established facilities in Riyadh, Jubail, Al-Khobar, Tabuk and Yanbu. The Jeddah Yard accommodates their Steel Fabrication Workshop, Auto and Heavy Equipment workshops, Central Stores, Carpentry Workshops, Precast concrete yard, Reinforcement steel cutting and bending facilities, Electrical workshop, Electrical Power Generation facilities, Plumbing Workshop, Labor Camp and the Housing Compound. Besides its construction capabilities, Azzam now boasts the license to produce floating concrete pontoons for internationally renowned SF MARINA SYSTEM of Sweden. The pontoons provide an environmentally safe floating dock used for yacht harbors, marinas and private docks. The Marine Division also constructs solid quay walls and breakwaters by shore based equipment.
