It all started with eight knitting frames. Together with his sons Julius and Reinhold, Johann Wolff founded the knitwear factory Gebrüder WOLFF in 1926 in Hard, Vorarlberg province. The ensuing years saw continued expansion, with the addition of hosiery, sewing, dyeing and warehousing. Gebrüder WOLFF was an exclusive manufacturer of fine ladies' lingerie, especially charmeuse. By 1947 WOLFF was one of Austria's leading hosierey producers.

Today WOLFF is firmly established with its main premises in Hard, two further factories in Höchst and Landeck (Austria), two subsidiaries in Hungary and one in Slovakia. An excellent starting point for new conquests. A highly-motivated team has its sights set on the next goal - today more than yesterday, onwards and upwards.
