In a span of 20 years, the Group has grown from a Hong Kong based garment manufacturing company into a multi-segment international organization engaged in retailing, international trade, timber, property development and education with presence in China, the U.S.A, Europe and Russia. In China, the Group has three garment plants in operation, with a total investment of US$35 million and a workforce of 3,500, to manufacture for world-renowned brands including Levis, Lee and Guess. The quality of production has proven to be able to meet the highest standards of the industry. This ability and track record provides a solid base for the Group to develop its own brand name in casual wear. Now a fully-fledged, highly integrated operation under its own brand, "BILLY JEANS", the Group has a proprietary, nationwide, computer-assisted network of 150 specialized outlets and hundreds of counters at department stores over China.
