Joint stock company "Trys sezonai", former "Trikotažas"- is a company with old traditions and great experience in knitwear production. The company was established in 1935 year. In 2001 they modernized their manufacturing equipment. Starting new period of their activity, they renamed their company. The new name symbolizes the year cycle in the world of fashion - spring and summer, autumn and winter. All the surprises that are not lacking in the world of fashion and with what they are going to gladden their customers, they symbolically called "the third season".
Their goal is to remain an enterprise, manufacturing marketable products of high quality, using modern technology, and offering fashionable collections made from the newest fabric.
Having changed their strategy, their company has an ambition of fast growth. At the moment the firm, having radically renovated technology, covers all the cycle of production hosiery garments - produces fabric, buys dyeing services, then cuts and sews cloths. The bigger part of their production is exported to Western Europe.
The authorized capital of "Trys sezonai" is 14,99 million. Lt. 68% of shares has a group of four persons.
