Vintage Garments Limited : Well equipped with modern machinery with the motor of manufacturing high quality Bottom wear, Jeans Trouser, Jacket & other casual wear specialy in Heavy Fabrics like Denim Canvas Heavy Twill etc.
Capacity : Based on 5 Pocket Jeans style Trouser monthly production capacity is 120,000 Pcs with existing 3 individual production lines consists of 60 machine each line including specialized machines.
Expansion : An expansion plan is underway with projected capacity of 400,000 Pcs per month by adding another 7 individual production lines, it's expected to be operative around jun-july 2002 at a new premises outside Dhaka Metropolitan area.
Technology : Vintage Garments Ltd. uses most advanced Computer Aided Designing, CAD system INVESMARK-II by Investronica-sistemas of Spain, for making patterns, marker and Plotting of patterns.
Technical Staffs : Vintage Garments Ltd. having a very good qualified and technically sound team for production supervision and quality control, A tough going team with tested experience and capable of handling any type of item in production.
