Created in 1984, LAGOON was the direct extension of Jeanneau's racing. Today, LAGOON belongs to the Custom Yacht division of the Beneteau Group and proposes an exclusive choice of cruising catamarans. Since the launching in 1987 of the first LAGOON 55, LAGOON has undergone in 1996 a renewal of the line with the LAGOON 410 and the LAGOON 470, with a particular effort to improve quality, esthetics, and performance. Their success has led LAGOON to continue their ideas with the introduction of the LAGOON 380, the LAGOON 570, and now the LAGOON POWER 43, a power catamaran. The fruit of more than 4 years of study, it combines leading-edge technology with practical simplicity for easy and comfortable cruising. LAGOON has also proven itself in the realm of custom monohulls and racing multihulls (Pierre Ier, Fleury Michon, etc.) whose overall list of victories remains unequaled by any other boatbuilder to this day.
LAGOON, previously located in Nantes, has joined forces with CNB (Constructions Navales Bordeaux).
