Founded in 1990 in Los Angeles California by sisters Diane Levin and Janice Levin-Krok, Poleci creates seasonal collection for hip fashion forward, discerning women around the globe.
Under the creative direction of Janice Levin-Krok, the collection offers unique detailing, cutting edge fabrications, and reflects genuine love for wearable clothing.
While initially the company focused on its signature collection, the demand for a more diverse offering led to the launch of the Poleci leather, dress and sweater divisions.
Poleci is distributed domestically and internationally.
The company was nominated for California Designer of the Year Awards in 1996 and 1997, and was the recipient of the award in 1997. Poleci was also nominated for the 2000 Dallas Fashion Awards and received the Atlanta based Design Impact Vision Award in 2000.
