The company was founded in 1856 with main activity casting iron, copper and metals. The name Lagersmit has been mentioned since 1956.
From these activities IHC Lagersmit has developed great experience by casting metals for use in all kind of bearings.
Nowdays, casting has been developed exclusively for white metal lined bearings.
We supply either centrifugal or static casted bearings.
