The Company was established in November 1986 by Mr. Stavros Kiriacoulis, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis and Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis. The Company’s management buys every year new yachts selling, at the same time, the eldest ones, at the end of each year, after the expiration of the high season (April – October). In this manner, the Company maintains its competitiveness, achieves the application of a profitable price policy while at the same time limits the maintenance expenses. The Company buys yachts from recognized shipyards (Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH, Dufour, Fountaine Pajot, Alubat, Cantiere Del Pardo and Nautica Serena Srl), with which the Company has a long lasting collaboration under preferential terms. It should be pointed out that the Company in sight of the Olympic Games in 2004 aims at intensifying its investments in yachts in order to satisfy the increased demand in sea tourism.
The Company’s fleet consists of 3 different categories of yachts:
Sailing yachts: yachts, which have sails as a main means of propelling and carry an auxiliary motor.
Catamarans: sailing yachts, which have two floats (hulls).
Motor yachts: yachts, which have a motor as an exclusive means of propelling.
The above yachts have total length up to 16 meters and they do not have permanent crew.
The Company in order to provide to its customers the option of chartering yachts from different geographical places in the Mediterranean Sea, the option of one way trip where the departure port is different from the arrival port, as well as a 24 hours a day technical support, it operates 20 yacht and customer service points, both in Greece and abroad. It is the only Greek Group which has expanded its operations abroad, and more specifically in the Caribbean, Turkey, Croatia, Italy, France with a fleet consisting of 275 yachts of all kinds (Sailing - Catamaran - Motor Yachts, owned or exclusively managed).
