Founded in 1970 by a team of engineers, Entran specializes in the static and dynamic measurement of physical parameters through the use of advanced high technology. Focusing on miniature and compact instrumentation, Entran has spent more than 30 years in optimizing micro-miniaturization techniques and applying the latest semiconductor, thin film, metallic foil and hybrid circuit technologies to the measurement of acceleration, force and pressure in a multitude of environments.
From sophisticated sensors the size of a pinhead to instruments which can survive a 50,000g pyrotechnic shock, Entran's instrumentation has taken an integral part in the development of high technology programs around the world.
Aerospace / Military
Design, development and control testing in the Polaris, Poseidon, Trident, Cruise and MX missile systems. From model to flight tests on JSF, 727, 747, 757, 767, F111, F15, F16, F18, B-1 and B-2 programs. Design, model, full scale testing and flight of Space Shuttle, Intelsat V, Space Lab, deep space probes,Ariane and on the Mars Lander.

Testing and control of computer components, including drop testing; force measurements of disk drive motors; vibration studies on high speed recorder pens. Strain gageing of joy sticks, stress transmission members, alarm system components and a broad range of OEM parts.
