Tradition
This fabric became known as loom and is characterized by its stability and comfort. Loom furniture flourished in the 1920s and 30s.
On a journey from Viersen to England in the late 1970s, the Vieten brothers discovered old original chairs of the Lloyd Loom trademark.
They returned to Germany with a fascination for loom material and embarked on their quest to manufacture premium furniture according to the Lloyd Loom technique.
In 1981, following an extensive experimental and development phase, ACCENTE began production. The ACCENTE Collection was received with great enthusiasm in the German market.
ACCENTE was the first manufacturer to revive the traditional loom production technique. Today, using a diverse selection of highest quality materials, ACCENTE creates innovative, modern loom furniture designs. True to its form, ACCENTE remains „Das Original".
In Viersen, situated near the Germany city of Düsseldorf, ACCENTE employees produce over 120 different furniture models for worldwide distribution. The ACCENTE Collection includes a dining room, living room and bedroom collection and has been used for the furnishing of many hotels, restaurants and other objects.
