Product Portfolio
  • Photovoltaics

  • Ultra-modern optimally coordinated components make a solar system practically maintenance-free. All units are designed to have a maximum service life. Inverters usually have a warranty of five years and producers of solar modules even guarantee you up to 25 years of service.
The electrical connection of your photovoltaic system turns out to be very simple: The electricity produced by the solar modules is automatically transformed into a form suitable for the public electricity system by the inverter. Numerous monitoring and automating functions ensure a smooth operation of the system. You will still receive your own electricity over the old counter from he public electricity system.

  • Solar Thermal

  • A hot water collector “catches” the solar radiation via a specially coated absorber that heats the solar liquid in the collector through a tube system. The heated liquid is then transported to the storage tank through a controlled pump system. There, the heat is transferred by means of a heat exchanger to the water that is now at your disposal as hot drinking water. Alternatively you can choose a combined storage tank that additionally produces heat for your central heating system. If necessary you can integrate an additional heat exchanger for swimming pool water into the system. No matter how you decide, the perfectly tuned components of our systems provide you with the highest efficiency and cover up to 70% of your hot water demand per year through solar thermal energy.

  • Pellet Systems - Clean Heat

  • Heat for You; Relief for the Environment

Wood is environmentally friendly because it contains stored solar energy and is characterized by its CO2-neutral combustion. When burned in the heater the CO2 that was stored during the plant growth is released which completes the CO2 cycle.
While the prices for oil and gas increased considerably the costs for the local energy source pellets have remained almost constant over the last years and are even cheaper than the respective amount of oil by now.

When thinking about buying a heating system the cost price is usually the determining factor. The investment costs of pellet heating systems for a single-family house are currently considerably higher than the ones of a comparable oil or gas heating system. The customer should always keep the overall costs in mind which also comprise the running and fuel costs. As the comparison shows pellets are nowadays an economic alternative to conventional fossil fuels. Due to the low pellet prices the cost difference is especially high during high consumption. The higher investment costs for a pellet heating system pay off.

The cost effectiveness of wood-fired heating plants is further improved through several federal subsidiaries in order to promote renewable energies.

Pellets – A Fuel of the Future with High Efficiency

Wood pellets are made from dried, organic leftover wood (e.g. sawdust, wood shavings) that accumulates during wood processing. The pellets are produced under high pressure and with the help of natural wood resins as a binding agent. Pellets have a diameter of 6 to 8 mm and a length of 10 to 30 mm. The water content is between 8 and 10%, the heating value adds up to 5 kWh per kg. That means that 1 kg of pellets have the same heating value as half a liter of oil.
Compared to other wooden fuels pellets have decisive advantages. The low water content and the fine graininess offer the best conditions for an optimal combustion that is characterized by its low CO2-emission and the production of minimal amounts of ash.

Due to their standardized dimensions in connection to their flowability pellets can be used in automatic feeding devices.
Bagged cargo pellets are being sold in bags of 15 to 25 kg. Bagged cargo is especially suitable for the use of pellet heaters.

For the operation of an automatically fed pellet central heating boiler the use of loose pellets, usually delivered in silo trucks, is the most effective method. The pellets are blown through a tube from the truck directly into the fuel storage room.

Pellet Storage – Adaptable and Combinable

Pellet heaters require a fuel storage room. The room should be large enough to hold approximately 1.5 times of the annual demand of pellets. If an oil or gas heating system is replaced through a pellet heater the required space of the storage area can be determined by the prior consumption. 2 kg of pellets correspond to 1 liter of oil or 1 m³ of gas. The mean density of pellets is 650 kg per cubic meter.
Apart from a storage room in the cellar there is also the possibility to store the pellets outside, e.g. in a bag silo or an underground tank. This storage area is protected against humidity and dust.
