Stand Alone Systems
juwi Solar performs the development, engineering and construction of off-grid power projects worldwide. They are energy supply solutions which are not connected to the public grid and provide the basic power supply for buildings in rural areas; producing environmentally friendly power for lights, refrigerators and communication devices. Green Buildings - Buildings for Climate Protection
With rising costs for raw materials and ambitious goals for climate protection a building' s energy demand and operating costs become more and more important.

Sustainable, energy-efficient technology for state-of-the-art buildings – this is one of the keys for effective climate protection and the implementation of a comprehensive regenerative energy supply. The Arguments for »Green Buildings« are obvious

- 42 per cent of final energy consumption and 35 per cent of green house emissions in the European Union are produced by buildings' power and heating needs.
- According to the EU building regulation from 2010 all new buildings in the EU have to be constructed sustainably by 2020 - so that they use close to zero energy for heating, cooling and warm water.
- Germany has commited itself to reduce its CO-2 emmissions by 40 percent by 2020 -compared to 1990.
- According to the renewable energy heating law 14 per cent of heating requirements shall be covered by renewables by 2020 - from approx. 9 per cent today.
 
Operational Management - Years of Experience
With our technical and commercial management we ensure stable returns. We make sure that your plant is generating power as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible throughout its lifecycle.
When your turbine has reached its maximum service life, we will support you and manage the dismantling or repowering. By replacing old wind turbines with modern, high-performance ones, we can increase energy yields significantly. While a new turbine at the beginning of the 1980s achieved just about 35,000 kWh per year, today they have an output of approximately 500 times that amount.
