Product Line Up
Systembiogas
Those who decide to build a biogas plant are making a long-term investment and will have to be able to easily adapt to new general conditions. This is why the new generation PlanET system biogas plants offer maximum flexibility, thanks to their innovative modular construction.

All components are equipped with connection-ready interfaces, meaning that expansions or changes in substrate can be made easily and cost-effectively at any time. The product range includes farm-scale biogas plants for renewable resources and farm fertilisers as well as ‘waste to energy' projects for industrial waste. The biogas feed into the natural gas network can also be implemented by PlanET engineers. The voltage range of the already constructed biogas plants ranges from a few kilowatts to several megawatts.
 
Farm Scale
Biogas plants which digest both, renewable raw materials as well as liquid manure, have proven themselves in many projects. Those farmers using a PlanET farm-scale biogas plant free themselves from the burden of rising energy costs by using slurry and manure as a cost-free ‘fuel' and make additional profits from the sale of electricity and heat.
Renewable Resource
Biogas can also be produced without having to raise any livestock at all. PlanET Biogastechnik also plans and builds biogas plants which run primarily or exclusively on renewable resources. Thanks to innovative technology and a high plant capacity utilisation, PlanET's renewable resource plants run economically, efficiently and technically proficiently with and without liquid manure. This provides arable farms with a long-term, secure source of income - without having to commit to keeping livestock for the long run.
Cofermentation
PlanET cofermentation plants transform waste into energy. Waste materials such as food waste,slaughter waste and waste products from the food industry predominately serve as fermentation substrates. Valuable synergy effects are also created for bioethanol and biodiesel production. Residual materials such as glycerine or mash can easily be used in a PlanET cofermentation plant.
 
Biomethane
Today, biogas is generally used directly at the place where it is produced in a cogeneration plant. However, biogas can also be refined to natural gas quality and fed directly into the natural gas network. This way, the refined gas can be transported flexibly and economically to the site of use. Here, the gas can be used to generate electricity and heat with particular efficiency, or it can be used as fuel. PlanET Biogastechnik has access to all of the leading methods of biogas refinement over a pan-European technology network.
Solid Feeder
PlanET sets the standards in the biogas industry in the field of solid matter feeding. The in-house R&D department is constantly researching innovative enhancements for the best way to feed the various biogas plants. Numerous patented products are being successfully used today and ensure a continuous flow of solid matter which can be metered optimally. Thanks to the systems‘ modular construction, the right technology is on hand for any type of fermenter and any input material. Of great importance to us are exceptionally low energy consumption and an especially long service life of all components. The PlanET UniKipp® for instance, transports the substrate into the charging auger simply by using gravity. It can't get any simpler than that!
Mini Digester
The fully-functional PlanET Mini Digester can be used to test a wide variety of materials to determine their fermentation characteristics and gas yields. The PlanET Mini Digester also makes it possible to test various substrate combinations under "real" fermentation conditions. The benefit: The plant technology can already be adjusted to the input materials on hand before starting to build a large-scale biogas plant.
 
PlanET Vario
The new PlanET Charging System made from
Stainless Steel allows transport of all substrates with low energy consumption and low abrasion.
The modular system offers containers from 17 to 88 m³ holding capacity, which can be expanded retrospectively. Also available as double-container solution if more holding capacity is required.
Easy operation through the perfectly adapted PlanET Control System. The double seal of the piston rod and shaft seal ensures that no oil contaminates the
substrate.
PlanET Mix
The combination of vertical mixer and multi-rotor spiral feed is also ideally suited to filling multiple containers reliably. This puts no limits on substrate selection, nor on the number of fermenters. The PlanET Mix is even able to chop up baled goods dependably and mix them homogenously if needed.
The helical mixers are controlled with a frequency converter, making for a start-up which is easy on the material and minimising rotational speed.

Planning
In the phase of planning is a modular support and service concept in a partnership manner for a high profitability of your biogas plant. Every PlanET plant is designed in close coordination with the building owner.

Your own PlanET project team appraises the floor space required, the existing substrates and the exact process flow. Hidden resources and potentials are detected and contribute to the planning. Our planning office takes over the complete approval and planning and is your partner in dealing with the authorities.
Plant Engineering
PlanET Biogas plans and constructs biogas plants for renewable energies, organic fertilizer and industrial waste material concerning power ratings between 50 kW to several megawatts.

Our experienced construction teams are in charge of installing the biogas plant. The several phases of building are supported by specialists from the different trades while the organisation of the team and the material requirements planning are incumbent upon our experienced engineers.
Technical Service
As an experienced full service provider PlanET possesses a portfolio that is unique. Our company offers all the relevant services to efficiently supervise your biogas plant:

- On-site replacement-service

Laboratory
In our service laboratory in Vreden we carry out a complete range of analyses and provide an interpretation of the results. The outcome contributes towards a quick start-up procedure and a stable operation of the plant. To process the analyses, our laboratory will provide you with bottles that can be sent back conveniently via post. You will get back your results usually within 48 hours. In our service laboratory we carry out a complete range of analyses and tests which contribute towards the stable operation of a biogas plant.
