| Trisit® textile
technology combines elements of knitting and weaving in a single product.
Whether producing covers for car seats or office chairs, moulds for helmets or
applications in the medical field, Trisit® technology is economically viable.
Warehousing and supply chain costs are reduced considerably as production runs
are effected only as and when a customer actually places an order. The
dimensions of the product to be manufactured are recorded digitally by this
sophisticated technology and knitted by the machine in a single operating cycle,
enabling guaranteed high precision in form and fitting even in cases of
extremely complex construction. The sizing and stitching operating cycles
governing costing are reduced considerably or even dispensed with entirely, and
last but not least, waste-related costs are cut significantly as well. |
